I think $50 for 4 more fps def not worth it

Hi good afternoon to all i generally have a problem i thought i was gonna solve with a different internet service and router now i have 2 internet services and the problem persist now the problem is that i could restart my router right now and wi-fi would perform good no drops no slowness or problems at all but maybe 2 or 3 days down the line it starts misbehaving slow loading buffering wi-fi dropping and so on anyone can give me a solution to this and it will happen on either 2.4ghz or 5ghz i have also an echo dot and multiple smart bulbs connected to my wi-fi just to provide more info.
 
P.S at this point i dont care about punctuation i just wanna explain myself and get my point across lol. Sorry yall

anyone has or knows where i can get a program to decrap my windows of all thing that consume resources and send info to microsoft?

thanks i appreciate the input and my 1080 is a zotac mini model right now i have a r5 2600 and the 1080 the 2600 never goes past 50c. and i just purchased a 34" ultrawide and i know i cant prob take advantage of it because of the 2600

not gaming and streaming videos at the same time i just noticed in esports and sometimes while watching hulu 100% cpu usage
