Could be programs as well, though on a clean install, that cant happen except if on a Pentium 4,I dont think registery and corrupted files are caused by Windows,is Chkdsk/SCANNOW still saying corrupted files on a clean install? It could be BaD SeCtOrS on the Drive, probably on the start point of the drive, though a 6 month old computer have problem.... Heck, that makes the computer half the price of the Original price,RMA parts and run S.M.A.R.T on your drive, since Ram cannot cause files to be corrupted files on the drive, since the files are already on the drive, not on the ram, they are loaded on the ram on start, but CHKDSK,SCANNOW dont check RAM,they check the drive,it would be idiotic if it were to check the RAM,and seems faulty ram in your case, and really i see CoRsAiR being worse, they want to steal money from others it seems, they send you faulty items and you have to pay for the shipping to return it? Wow.... wordless.Did you contact CoRsAiR? what did they say?

Wouldn't a file normally go from the CPU to the ram then to the disk? (when installing a file that doesn't already exist on the disk) If that is the case then it could be caused by the ram before it ever is written to the disk.

Defective ram and extreme unstable overclocking, too low voltages etc may corrupt files yes.

To be honest I'm not sure but it is possible that while it was being installed those files were stored on the part of the ram causing the errors before going to the disk. I don't know enough about how it all works to be sure tho sorry

Try removing the sticks 1 at a time and see if you can pinpoint what one is causing it or if it is all of them.  If you remove the one causing it you will at least be able to keep using your system while you wait for the RMA. If shipping is being calculated by size and weight it should also be cheaper then sending them all.

Your options are to buy new RAM or to RMA your RAM.

Yeah the border is screwed up bc of the border, usually I leave a MGS5 theme up but I was looking at different options and this was one up while I was taking the picture. And I have a theme, annoy my wife with all the flashing colors. As for the mousepad it is one of my favorite purchases ever. I wouldn't have paid as much if it weren't rgb of course but I still would have bought it. I've never used a hard mouse pad before and I was blown away by how much I like using it. Having the usb pass thru is great too. Sure you could say it was a waste of money but if you're like that I'm surprised you are a part this community considering every other video is something over the top. That's why I like Linus, he doesn't care what people think as long as he thinks it's cool then he has a reason to do it. But to everyone of  you I sincerely thank you for responding.  Now....to crank up the brightness and see if I can wake up the snoring wife....

It looks like there are some issues with how your computer is connecting to the Cloudflare network (our CDN) - they have a datacenter in Singapore, but you have been connected to their datacenter in Hong Kong instead (and if I use a VPN to appear to be in Singapore, I get connected to the Singapore datacenter rather than any others). I'm not quite sure why that's happening, but unfortunately there's not anything we can do about that. Some people in Australia had been experiencing similar issues, but it sorted itself out after a while I think. If it does speed up, I would appreciate it if you could post that output again, so that I can see if that could have been the issue.

which mobo do you have? because you can look up what those codes mean, except if you have a gigabyte motherboard, because they dont know either

to be completely blatantly honest with you, i'm seriously reconsidering the idea of recommending gigabyte boards since i helped someone troubleshoot 5 long beeps on their gigabyte board, i had to dig all the way down to an obscure reddit thread to find out that that means the ram isnt seated properly. the little official information they have on post codes (literally next to nothing) is worthless, their telephone support is appareantly equally worthless, and to make matters worse their post codes are partially custom so there's no generic sources either.

It means that your CPU likes to fail during POST. Try updating your BIOS, could be something faulty.

Jiaweeeee got a reaction from Freezanator in Xiaomi Mi5 after 8 months?
If you're going to get the Xiaomi phone then just get the cheaper one which is the 64GB variant , forget the warranty because their service is horrible and you'll also sometimes end up paying for the service fee which cost more than a new xiaomi phone . Also your xiaomi phone won't last for more than a year , from my own experience , I'm using the Mi5 128GB one and after 3/4 months the phone started lagging really badly even after a clean install because their phone degrades really fast . Phone update was amazing when it was release the first month but started slowing . Now there's no software update and it's full of bugs .
