CRAlG reacted to Wh0_Am_1 in Nvidia: No next gen graphics cards for a long time
Hey everyone! Nvidia has announced at Computex tonight that there will be no new GPU for a long time. This comes right after Jensen discussed the success of the GeForce cards as a distributed computing platform and the booming success of games such as PUBG and Fortnite.
So the question is, why is this happening, is Nvidia having issues or is the GTX 10 series just too successful for Nvidia to inovate?
Now Nvidia once again discussed Raytracing or Nvidia RTX , and one has to ask, how does Nvidia plan to power this because right now you apparently need 4 titan V100s
and the Pascal generation of cards is already 2 years old, so how long can Nvidia make us wait before it starts to hurt? And when are we getting the 1180? I don't know about you guys but this is starting to get tedious.

most people here are probably uneducated about bodybuilding.
Go to forum.bodybuilding.com and read around the stickies or ask questions.
1 thing to know "IIFYM" it means if it fits your macros.
let's say you need to eat 1800 calories a day to lose "x" amt of weight per week.
as long as you are under that it doesn't really matter what you eat.
you could eat sugary cupcakes and still lose weight. although that isn't a healthy lifestyle it is still doable.
its all about how much you eat.
asking people on a PC forum about bodybuilding/nutrition related things is pretty close to as far as you can get.
TLDR: it's not an issue, and most things you hear about bodybuilding are myths. like it stumps growth etc. if you really want to know you have to go on these forums it's not just for huge people, there are a lot of educated people on the bodybuilding forums if you are really interested in losing weight you need to get on here.
I'm not claiming I'm an expert but I did do a decent amount of reading and I may be wrong about somethings but I probably know more than the average user on these forums.
if you are really interested in starting peaking around and asking questions on the place I said.

@Admins/Mods I'm just trying to help him not advertise a website. (I don't think I saw anything about posting links to other websites in guidelines)

CRAlG reacted to Urishima in Whey Experts?
Short answer: no.
Nothing about whey-protein helps you with weight loss. It's just a convenient way to feed your body protein, without having to wolf down pounds of cottage cheese.
As for what kind of whey, I personally recommend 'Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold', the reason being that it actually tastes good and of what it says on the packaging, and doesn't make me sick.

Imo their best album in over a decade.

I didn't really dig the new Infant Annihhilator album. I had expected so much more, considering they hired Dickey Allan to do vocals.
Also, if we're turning this into a conversation for 15 year old mallrats, we might aswell do it in style.
One of the few deathcore bands I can actually stand.

I love metal. My favorite band is A7X, in close second is Beartooth. I like slayer, Megadeth, Metallica, and slipknot as well. I am more of a musician then a tech enthusiast. Want advice or recommendation? Hit me up

CRAlG reacted to Volbet in ya like metal??
They're OK, I guess.
Strange as it is, the two time I saw them was pretty much in each extreme of their career.
I saw them supporting Lamb of God shortly after the release of their Doom EP and I saw them support Dying Fetus after Demonocracy was released.
The second time they refused to play anything from the Doom EP. Distancing themselves from their deathcore roots.
It's not dedicated open-mic nights for deathcore.
A lot of the smaller venues just have these monthly (or bi-monthly) nights where everyone is free to play.
You just have to sign up and they'll contact you when there's a slot open.
A lot of small bands do take advantage of this, and there have been deathcore bands amongst them throughout the years,
Thrash has experienced quite the revival over the last 10 or so years. There's a whole new scene of thrash/crossover bands coming up.
While the quality of the bands tends to be lacking, there are some great bands among them.
