Britanian reacted to pomaranc in Is my gaming PC build fine?
Great build but for that much money I would get better cooler, H80i is pretty weak and H100i or something better would fit the build more

Britanian reacted to Konrath in HELP - Boot Drive becoming Full.
1)Create corresponding folders on new drive (Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc)
2)Open My Computer
a)Right click folder (Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc)
b)Left click properties
c)Click Location tab
d)Set location to new drive path (E:\Documents for example)
e)Click OK or Apply
3)Either cut or shift+click to move files to corresponding folder on new drive.
You can also create a Programs folder on the new drive and install your games there. That is how I have mine set up.

Britanian reacted to nj4ck in LOUD PSU, HELP PLS?
I have the CS650M and I had the same issue, after I once tilted my case while the system was running, in order to clean the dustfilter at the bottom. The PSU started making an insanely loud rattling noise and my whole case would vibrate. I got it to stop just by shaking the case around a bit more and gently tapping the PSU. I think It might have been some sort of plastic shroud that must have shifted and gotten into the fan blades.

Britanian got a reaction from Gix7Fifty in The Britannix: My first Build.
Parts list:
AMD FX8350
Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
2x4gb Corsair Vengeance pro 1333mhz
R9270x Gigabyte oc windforce
Cooler master hyper 212 evo
Cs 750m
WD Caviar Blue 1tb
Samsun 840 evo 120gb
Fractal Design Define r4
Windows 7
ALBA LCD19880hdf
The build went to plan, my only concern was that i had to apply quite a lot of pressure to the hyper 212 evo to fit the screws when placing the heat sink over the cpu. I first only plugged the SSD in because i didn't want to install my os on the HDD. once the os was installed i plugged it back in; it was recognized but didn't come up as a drive letter. i later found that i have to assign it to drive letter.
The drivers were slightly difficult to install as the screen cut off about 1/16 of the bottom of the page. i had to use a lot tab and enter, trial and error. once i had the graphics drivers installed it worked fine but the search bar and tabs on chrome are tiny and so is the whole ui on steam. it is near impossible to read. any solutions to this would be greatly appreciated.
I did not buy a h100i as i don't have the money right now but for people asking, there is enough room for a h100i and 1 set of fans internally although you many have to run the 8/6 pin fro another cable management socket.
Thnx,
Brit,

Britanian reacted to EChondo in Parents: Don’t Panic About Your Kids’ Social Media Habits
Actually you didn't say they were similar nor the exact same thing, you just rambled on about how everyone here that says forums aren't social media are all idiots because it is?
And no, forums are not classed as social media either, they are related in which people both use them to spread their opinions and views about a subject, but forums are more directed to one specific area as opposed to social media sites being about anything you want it to be. "Learning things from people through media", the media spoken here is one thing, computers and what we do with them. Social media sites like Twitter and Facebook have media from pretty much everything, so unless you strictly use our sub-forum Off-Topic, then no, this site isn't classed as a social media site.
One grey area is Reddit, Reddit is one huge directory in itself so that you can join the site, but you go and view the different sub-Reddits that interest you. Interested in video games? Then /r/Games would be perfect for you. Like to look at funny pictures all day? Then you should go over to /r/funny.

Poor blender. No blender should ever have to suffer having an Apple product put inside it.

Britanian reacted to mightytech in What Screwdriver would people recommend to build PC?
Defiantly get a gaming screwdriver. Make sure it has "booming bass" And 7.1 surround, with a million speakers in it since we all know we need that many. And make sure its USB. With water cooling and LED's.
