Yes, by subscribing to ESO you have ulimited storage for crafting materials. You can access the bag anywhere and deposit things or take things out at any time, when you subscribe all materials in your bag is automatically transferred to said crafting bag. You will be able to withdraw materials after your membership expires but not deposit. In additional, the crowns you get can be spent on DLCs except for Morrowind in order to get the skills. However, you can access dungeons and PVE content for free if you're a membership. If you save up enough crowns you can eventually just buy all the DLCs and not bother with the membership any more unless you fancy the ulimited storage!

There an age old saying, "if it's not broken don't fix it". The odds of having any issues with the default Vbios is basically none. There is a reason why nvidia and amd don't make it easy to mess with the vbios. Think about your calculator. Odds are, you have used he same calculator for many years now (if you even use one other than your phone) and odds are, you have never touched the firmware on it. Despite this, the calculator still can calculate 1+1 or whatever without any issues. Your graphics card is essentially the same. It will work fine with the default bios and you will never experience any issues. Any potential changes to the way the GPU functions will be handled through driver updates.

Tl;dr - it is NOT necessary for hardware to have its vbios updated. In fact, it is recommended that you don't.

None that i know of, some vendors have tools to flash the BIOS. Really, this isnt a thing you should do though. Unless you are experiencing some critical errors with your GPU that you think a BIOS flash will solve, then flashing vBIOS isnt really a good idea.

On a serious note, TDP measures how much heat has to be dispersed and isn't a measure of power draw, but you could be right.

I suggest looking at an overclocking guide for FM2+ CPUs. I think tomshardware did one recently.

    Good day,

or maybe there is wrong with my components (pls refer to my system component)

basically, i have an obsolete monitor that i have been using it since  2008ish acer x139hq when i play AC:U i got spikes about 20fps 40fps~60fps. But i am not satisfied   Because i didnt feel like smooth rendering gaming experience "you know".

You don't "upgrade" a 1992 Ford Mustang by buying another 1992 Ford Mustang.

It's not more sensible than an athlon because both have 0 in the sensibility rate

A10 has better graphics capabilities, the Athlon has better CPU capabilities.

Basically, if you're gonna get a GPU better than the R7 250/260 or so, go for the Athlon.

No the 7980K is not an upgrade from a 7860K. You can OC the 7860K to match the clocks of the more expensive one.

Athlon 880K and A10-7860K are the same CPU, buying it will waste your money.

As for an R9 390X, it will bottleneck, but it depends on games and some will be just fine while others won't.

I would definitely upgrade that CPU before buying a GPU that costs more than $200. So either RX 480 and i3-6100, for instance. That will run you about $400.

Just bump up the multipler for now.

    You should easily hit 4.2.

" athlon is only a CPU with 4.0 ghz base "

    wait... what???

A10-7890K have a base clock of 4.1Ghz, with turbo clock of 4.3Ghz. It's a more sensible upgrade in a pinch (and when you seek a higher base clock) compared to an athlon

Don't "upgrade" to an 880K (which is largely the same CPU, just with no onboard graphics). Either of those CPUs would hold the R9 390X back by quite a bit, yes. Your best bet is to hang onto the A10 you have and bump it up to Zen or Skylake/Kaby Lake when you can. Even an i3 would be a noticeable improvement, and could easily handle an R9 390X.

Yup. The 880K is still under the FX line and those are budget level processors at this point. Unless you're getting that 390x cheap then you're better off with a 480/1060. You don't sound like you're gaming above 1080p anyway.

Keep your a10. You can oc it if you want 4.0. Don't get the althon, save for a better platform

You will bottleneck a bit, but id still get a faster gpu. Id get a rx480 unless you find a cheap 290 or 390(there the same)

It supports all mentioned API's IIRC. Last time I read about it though, Mantle only helped with lower end GPU's (and the last time I remember hearing about it was on BF4, I think AMD switched to Vulcan and DX12)
