Zero day exploit in windows 10 1903

I caught that too. Either way, he/she/they/them is an asshole.

    How much does it worth???....

Also, add an HDD. You'll get more if the other person had to do less to get it working. Otherwise, they'll already want less than you offer simply because it needs an HDD.

    Temps for RX 480

You can shoot the fan curve using MSI Afterburner if you want. I OCd my 480s (MSI GamingX 8GB) quite aggressively, and got about 60-70 degrees, but I also had much more aggressive fan profile. Stock, the fans aim for silence. Temps are fine. You can have lower temps with louder fans. Experiment and choose what you prefer.

    GTA V CPU Optimization

Oh wow. That's awesome! Can you please share your PCMR ways with us and show us how you optimize W10? That would be like dope AF. I do envy your personal experience. One day, when I grow up, I hope to be as awesome as you.

$1.80 or Less Steam Games For The Week of April 22nd UPDATED Friday

Paying a dollar for ANY of the bundles at HumbleBundle is better than the garbage you're advertising from steam. If person I mentioned wasn't familiar with those other sites, then they can feel free to look. You provided a list of games that included Shadow of Mordor, which is often on Fanaticle (you complain about repeating bundles over and over again). So, if the person doesn't have the game, you recommended it but not to pay full price, well, then I'm sure the repetitive sale would eventually benefit someone looking for the game. Providing additional insight.

Vega 64 vs RTX 2070 vs GTX 1080ti

If this monitor has Freesync 2 and isn't working well with the GTX 1070, then it might be an Nvidia problem with drivers and not necessarily the GPU, depending on what issues you're having. If it's GSync/Freesync issues, then another Nvidia GPU might reproduce the same issues (again, not familiar with your issue, so sorry if I sound ignorant.) Otherwise, I 100% agree with @Princess Cadence and recommend waiting for Navi. Either Navi will be better, or not. Either way, you'll have more options, and the prices of NVidia should come down a bit when there is more competition.

Computers take 30 seconds to identify network

Have you tried restarting your modem?

    GPU Oc problem

I'm pretty sure in the settings, there's an option to unlock core clock and unlock voltage. You have to select that, then restart and you'll be able to modify from there.

$1.80 or Less Steam Games For The Week of April 22nd UPDATED Friday

Then check out other sale sites like Fanatical, GamersGate, and HumbleBundle. They generally have a MUCH better selection than the Steam Games Dollar Bin. https://www.gamersgate.com/ https://www.fanatical.com/ https://www.humblebundle.com/

Just been hacked on steam. How long to recover account?

Then Steam being hacked would be the least of your issues. If you have the mobile 2 factor authenticator app installed and they bypassed that, then you might want to get the garbage apps off your phone. You might want to change the passwords on your email and such. Unless your password was stupid easy and the same as other accounts, I'd recommend cleaning your PC and scanning for viruses, malware, keyloggers, etc...

Millions of people still use 123456 as their password

In case people aren't familiar with this resource: https://www.bennish.net/password-strength-checker/ Gives you the estimated strength based on dictionary use and hack time from brute force algorithms.

Just been hacked on steam. How long to recover account?

Enable 2-Factor authentication. Use stronger passwords. Don't store payment information.

Will streaming video consume more data than downloading

So I think most of it will depend on the resolution (4k, 1080, 240, etc...).

    HDD vs SSHD vs SSD

Having worked at a tech retailer as a repair tech and my own personal experience, I tend to stick with Samsung for reliability as well as performance. Even my Samsung 850 M.2 SATA is WAY better than my Kingston M.2 SATA (forget which model). I'm still running almost 4-5 years on my OCZ SSDs, so it's completely possible to have good drives that aren't Samsung. AData is rubbish (IMO), and don't like the entry level Kingston either. Why? Because I'd always seen my clients coming back with dead or defective SSD's MORE often than any of them other budget drives. If I'm going to recommend a budget SSD, I generally recommend PNY because I haven't experienced many drives failing in either my professional career or personal. AData is much more memorable as a failure, so I don't recommend them. And Kingston might be ok, but in my region, PNY is generally better price comparison for storage size. The failures of ADATA and other brands could've been bad lots, or could've been something else. But for reliability (even on budget offerings) there are other options. I'm not a "fan boy" but I stick with Samsung because of their reliability and performance for certain cases. But I still have PNY and my OCZ drives as well. Crucial is good from what I hear, but never had one because I was able to find better deals with sales with different companies at the time.
