No it will not... I have the MSI GTX 1070 gaming x and it plays gta v at very high settings at 45-75 fps and I have an i7 6700k oc'ed to 4.5 GHz. That is with a 29 inch ultra wide 2560x1080

I reccomend having 3 intakes and two exhaust as that will give you positive air pressure which prevents dust and also promotes air flow

Do you have a CPU cooler that has a fan attached to the CPU fan header on the motherboard? Some motherboards will
not boot up if there is nothing plugged into the CPU fan header.

Don't bother buying different thermal paste just use the one that comes with the cm 212 evo its quite good.

Well air coolers have lots of compatibility issues and then on top of that they look like absolute shit. The liquid cooler is good performance wise, I know it can get noisy but I don't mind and also the cooler has rgb on the logo.

Totally understand, Ive got a budget to abide from and with that budget I don't think I would be able to afford the "top of the line" stuff, but the beauty of building a pc is that there is always potential to upgrade.
