I'd then disconnect everything not strictly needed (leave a single stick of ram, a single drive etc) and retry.

fixed it!! just pulled out the psu and then forced it and its fine

What PSU is it because  if it still under warranty I would phone the technical support and see what the say there a good chance you might have to RMA.

Right now I have a 1700x and the G.Skill TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin 3600MHz ram kit. I would recommend the fastest ram kit that you can find.

I have a B350 board so i can overclock everything basically. It's all unlocked.
CPU, ram, iGPU (if i would have one) can be overclocked if you have a motherboard and CPU that supports it (which any B350-B450-X370-X470 board does)
 
If you have an athlon or an A320 board, you can't OC the ram because it's locked in that case.
 
But, that was my result, overclocking is never guaranteed, it's possible you buy a 2400Mhz stick that runs at 3000Mhz fine, but you can also get one that doesn't go faster than 2400Mhz at all.

Faster ram does indeed help. We know 3000-3200Mhz is the sweet spot when it comes down to price-performance.
That said, there is nothing holding you back from getting 2400Mhz, overclocking it and hoping it does 3000Mhz.
 
I personally went all cheapskate when i got my r5 1600 and got 1 stick of 8GB, 2400Mhz, thing runs at 2666 just fine and gave me a nice performance boost.
So, spending more on ram does help for ryzen cpu's and especially with prices going down, i would say it's a worthy investment, if prices are right.

Sounds correct, 3000Mhz would outperform the 2400Mhz. The RAM frequency would also depend on what your motherboard caps it at though

Xbox play anywhere games run on windows, I don't believe FM2 is part of that list

Some Xbox One titles are also cross-platform compatible with PC, so those keys denote that it is an "Xbox Play Anywhere" title. You can't play FM2 on Windows 10.

thats fine. GPUs wont use up all their ram 99.999999999% of the time. If they do, then offload to system RAM which is much slower comparatively.

because it will only need to use 4GB to run the benchmark. if you run a heavier benchmark or on a higher resolution you should see the VRAM usage go up.

using steam as an example you can buy a key that will work with steam, then you open steam and you add that key and the game shows up in your games list so you can download it, from my experience with Origin, they are selling you said steam key

Without seeing your bios and knowing exactly what is going on, it's hard to help. I can't see why just setting d.o.c.p. wouldn't allow you to boot unless it's changing something else. for example: I have an Asus C6H and I set overclock to manual, set my ratio for the core clock, then set my ram at the desired speed which for me is also 3000mhz but it's actually 3066 I believe, then set your voltage for ram to 1.35v (should be that value) or 1.4v depending again on your system as well as the voltage for the CPU. If you don't want to mess with the CPU, then just set the RAM speed you want and increase voltage to atleast 1.35 and see if it will boot. You may need to update the bios as well if you're having trouble with RAM overclocking. 
 
D.O.C.P will give you preset timings that match your RAM, I forgot to mention that. You can manually enter the information if you don't use DOCP, just check your RAM for the numbers you need. 

ddr4 runs natively at 2133mhz. enable xmp to reach the 3000mhz, but ryzen had problems with ram speeds, so maybe 3000mhz isn't reachable. Also in software it most of the times shows half of it, so it would show 1500mzh, as ddr stands for double data rate

i never want something THAAt bad bro.. but if i find a site where its sold for less then im happy.... the dev like samsung iphone re superior to others but phones like nokia 8 re competing with them its not thaat much but performance wise is nearly good which i dont ask for ultra performance i want something for my need not for pleasure.. or like mercedes or bmw.. why buy this cars instead of making a a modded car with aftermarked parts or just made by u

Even if you can download the games for free, most AAA games are tied to some DRM platform. The only way to free yourself from that is to get a crack.
