I personally think that the extra 2GB of VRAM on the GTX 1060 would be a big benefit. I would go for the 1060 6GB.

Yeah... That software looks far from legit and I believe that gameboosters are a scam in general. If you want more FPS, get new hardware.

I would recommend the i5 simply because it's a quad-core CPU, and it has twice the cache. For the PSU, that's the only component that everyone cheaps out on that you should never cheap out on.

The RX480 sucks in LWJGL games (like minecraft). The only place they really shine is in Vulkan games. I'm using my EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SSC and it treats me just fine. Stick to nvidia.

It's not a Windows problem, it's a hardware issue. It's funny how he gets problems RIGHT AFTER installing a new card.
 
Why would I claim that I owned an RX480 if I didn't? It excelled at Vulkan games, I'll give it that, but it didn't work well in OpenGL and DX11/12 titles.
 
LWJGL uses OpenGL to render graphics. The CPU doesn't do that, the GPU does.

I think he's implying he had a 960, purchased a 480 intending it to be an upgrade (it should be), somehow got worse performance, so swapped back to his 960. That's not that hard to understand lol
