Usually simple games make them easier to follow. Its not like LoL/Dota2 or SC2 where you need to know all units/heros, skills/items/races. With CS you just need to know that one team attacks and another defends. Guns are from real world so anyone with bit of view on news or history knows what is difference between pistol and assault rifle. Besides, CS has been around for 17 years. Thats good time to build fan base.

The game is basic? You've clearly never played it.

Well depending on your budget you could go for
1.750 ti - kind of outdated, go for it if you are on a really tight budget
2.950 - the better version of 750ti
3.r9 280
4.960 - this a better version of 950
 

Actually the server was free to play on, and they only took enough money in the form of donations to pay the server fees. They got no money in the end. And I do think it was fully with in Blizzards right to shut it down, there is no question about that in my mind and most everyones mind I believe. It is a moral thing, that Blizzard is refusing to offer people what they want in the form of servers with old expansion content and it still frustrates me and a lot of other people that would like to experience the content as it was again or even for the first time. After playing on Nostalrius for a while I did try WoD (I had quit back at the start of Cata) and the stat of the game is really as bad as people are saying it is was a huge disappointment. 
I guess there is really not that much else to say about it.

Dawn of War 1 and the expansions if you want some old school RTS games.
Dawn of War 2 and the expansions if you want some squad based xcom like strategy game.
Total war(any of them) if you like history and conquering stuff.
Oh, and there's also xcom if you wanna try it.

I'd rather be skeptical. Even if it does become a huge part of gaming, I will still use a monitor nevertheless due to eyesight problems.

There is no recommendation unfortunately, overclocking is something that cannot be guaranteed as all cards overclock differently, and some won't overclock at all. The only thing you can do is overclock slowly until you start having issues (like your driver crashing) and then back off until it's stable.

I dont buy the first Generation of VR with almost no serious Games that support it.
If it would be max 300€, ok i would buy one now and sell it later.
But 700€ for a Betatest? Nope.
I quarranty you. In 12 Month´s we will see the next "better" Generation of Vive&Co.

A better example is the pre 8th gen consoles (of which the 6th gen had games that could run at 720p and 1080i, albeit not too many).

It's funny because quantum break, and windows store games are not pirateable at the moment. 

If you have a little bit of common sense you'll know when something like this  is about to come up. Except for the bathing scene/bath houses and the starting scene you can choose to go for the monk route and not have any action/nudity on the screen.

so i5 becomes the best option at around that price. it's just so much better than both i3 and the fx6300
