I would wait, at least for the second generation of the 3000 series.

Did you even research it?  They've worked their asses off to optimize it.

That PSU of yours will last you 20 years, don't worry too much about it

I dont remember any Ti only Card.
The 980Ti was worth it. Thats for sure.

1. Bios (you should check there again, usual under Monitor or semilar))
2.

I would wait with the 3080.
1. Some third Party Cards still have Problems when reaching 2000mhz. Nvidias solution is reducing the max Boost via Driver. Not what i would want as customer.
2. Rumors of a Version with more VRAM may be true.

Usually I go for twin towers, like with my core 500 the only twin can fit was the Fuma 2
Do artics come in black? So far in Singapore I've only seen white ones. 
Core 500 for itx and NR400 non-tg edition for Matx, I've seen and used both they're very well built. 
Sweet, just build my first PC about 7 months ago went itx to save space. Otherwise the looks are bare minimum, but performance wise it's a ferrari in a junker shell.

It depends. Valves has more Hz and FOV while the pro has a "better" picture quality. Read the Specs and see whats more important to you.

Two things you should do.

2. remove the razer sticker.
