Should I buy a used HTC Vive or a brand new Vive Pro?

I was planning on getting the htc vive pro just for the resolution, but is it a big enough jump to buy it or should i just purchase a used htc vive in my local area for a lot less? Is the resolution really that big of a difference or is the htc vive fine enough to play vr games casually?

Thanks, also since the valve index is just $100 more do you think the htc vive pro or the index has the better display?

It depends. Valves has more Hz and FOV while the pro has a "better" picture quality. Read the Specs and see whats more important to you.
