What's wrong with pot and explosions?

Can we stop these threads? Most people who indulge in this circle jerk of 'converting peasants' actually only became PC gamers a few years ago themselves. It's pretty sad and I've seen hundreds of them in the past couple of years. Real PC Gamers don't really give a shit if people use consoles.

yea and none of them are high end gaming pc....your gonna get low to medium settings on the big games......you can get 1080p..but not at 60fps...and not at high game settings

People have different opinions. Its not a matter of "having no taste". I don't like espionage and stealth shit. I've tried MGS 3 and MGS 1. They're not my style of video games. I don't like Splinter Cell either or any other games where the main theme is stealth. I like RPGs and Sports titles primarily. But to say someone has no taste just because they don't like a fucking video game is ignorant. I can acknowledge that for fans of the genre, MGS is a fantastic series. Cult classic. One of the best. But fuck it I don't like it. Same with Mario, Final Fantasy and Zelda. None of those appeal to me. I like Fallout, The Witcher, Sleeping Dogs, Shenmue, Kotor, NBA 2k, FIFA, StarCraft, Bioshock. Not MGS. 

yeah I cant even afford to get my own place at the moment due to bills and me getting finance on my car and stuff, maybe in another year I can try get paid things off... I can get a mortgage but it wont be much (around £60k plus whatever I can muster)
 
Yeah my opinion still stands, probably the greatest headset on the PC, great audio quality, and probably the best microphone on a headset at this price
even though I have better standalone mics and shotgun mics etc, if playing with friends its so much easier to just slap a headset on, and it sounds great

Basically the best place for sports gamers. Full of hardcore sports gaming fans and the actual 2k devs and actual EA devs post there frequently.

As long as your bills are paid then there's no problem, games and sneakers that's all I really spend money on for myself. Having a sons quite expensive, on a unrelated note (and I mention this purely since you're also from the UK) it really pisses me off that people who don't work get a free house and stuff from the council/housing authority. If I didn't have a mortgage I'd have a lot more spare per month
 
EDIT: Just saw you did a vid on the MMX300's what's your opinion now you've had them a while?

I just went to gamestop to do it. And yeah, the story starts out with you being a High Phenom like Lebron was. And all the cover athletes have pictures of them wearing college jerseys. So if you start in high school in 2k16, then that means you either have to go to college or go overseas for at least a year. 

Unfortunately I have a collection of airsoft guns, thousands of pounds of camera equipment, a car and motorbike etc, shit tons of bought music, nice clothes etc

15 on Uplay once you take out duplicates, 50 on Origin (again taken off duplicates) 18 on GoG, I want to say 20 or so PSN titles (I have a Vita) 5 WiiU titles (it's my sons really) add to that whatever PS3/Xbox360 titles I had that are at my parents house since I loaned them to my sister. 
The moral of the story is gaming is my only vice, I don't consume alcohol or smoke, It's quite depressing when I think how much I've spent over the years, but I sincerely believe that gaming is the best form of media when it comes to price/hours. 
Would I do it again? probably, if not I'd spend the money on Jordans.
The only downfall is the amount of friend requests I get from people begging me for free games. 
 
EDIT: Before anyone asks, non of my games are pirated or gotten by any ill means other than the odd one through a grey market key seller (ie g2a) and my bills are paid and wife/son looked after.

Finally found my son a pair, going to keep them both deadstock until we go to Florida again in September, other than that just picked up a few games in the Steam sale.
