You need to mess up the RAM. Try overvolting it or just mess with the pins of it. Then the laptop won't boot to windows. If you need an excuse to open it tell her you would fix the fan.

WAIT HOLD UP. WE DONT WANT LINUS'S PERSONAL PC. The case has a lot of meaning to him guys. It was a gift from his wife. I believe it was the first gift from her too.
EDIT: Thanks for all the likes guys! Hopefully Linus or someone from LMG will read this and this will make Linus keep his build. Even if the goal of 100k is made we should convince Linus to do another build maybe, with signatures from the whole LMG family and maybe even his wife. This would let Linus keep the build he has with the special case his wife gave him. Besides, his personal PC would be more special to him than us.

While i was very impressed with the performance, i'm kind of let down that a top-of-the-line supercard is limited by a somewhat dated cooler, and a restrictve power-design. I mean if you buy this card you want to go balls to the wall and then it hits a barrier bc its too hot? Also IIRC no Titan card had aftermarket coolers before(at least not sold with it) so i wouldn't hold my breath for those. Probably it'll get a waterplate sooner than later but custom watercooling loops and people who use it is still a relatively small group.

I find this type of marketing to really put me off a company, I don't care if it is coming from apple, asus, amd, nvidia, intel or whoever.  I like mature marketing, marketing that is humorous, and informative marketing.  Anyone who feels the need to impugn or even simply name the competition in my book does so because their own product probably doesn't stand on it's own merits.

A friend of mine called me for help saying he couldn't figure out his nvidia driver. When I asked what's wrong he said " My videocard is GT 630 and I tried to download gtx 780 ti and when I installed them nothing happened".  Then he sait thet the bigger nimber of the driver makes you videocard faster...
