Synology NAS is 100% the answer. Easy to use. Has all those capabilities baked in and easy to use. Works great, great support. I swear by them. Use 2 at home and have 6 for my business altogether.

Id really get a MSP or other IT service provider in here, there is a lot to know, and a lot that can do done wrong(like whats your plan for PCI compliance?)

Id probably backup to a cloud serivce.

What pos system are you using?

What cameras are DVR are you using?

What os are those computers running? How many? Are they on a domain or managed at all?

See how the dvr wants to be backed up, really depends on the model.

Id probably just setup something like the windows backup for the pc, and backblaze or similar.

Ask the pos how it wants to be backed up, but I think the with cloud based ones, there isn't really anything to backup, if it fails you can just sign into a new unit(haven't work with this brand of pos before, but thats kinda like how toast works).

What internet speeds do you have?

I don't really see the need for a onsite server here, Just use a cloud backup solution for the data, and a external hdd for the desktop for backups. Let the other devices backup as recommended by the manafacture.
Where are these documents stored? on the windows pc?

Really get a IT provider to help you here

What are the requirements of the system that you plug into the security system?

What internet speeds do you have? What birate are you recording video at? You might not have enought speed to backup the video.

This might affect your options a good amount, see if it has a smb share or simmilar.

Probably gonna want like 10mBit upload at least.

A synology nas backed up a s3 or simmilar isn't a bad idea here, Then use software veeam to backup the pc to it.

Looking into them after the previous person's comment, I'm liking them so far. Do they have good software to upload to an external cloud?

Says it's liquidation on the seller info. But the seller just launched and has no ratings. If you want to deal with some hassle if it ends up that way, as long as you have the time, you should be good. Amazon deals with these things pretty well.

The Cryorig H7 is a great cooler and outperforms most others at it price point. Also, the BX200 is a fair amount better than the SP550.

From my experience with my 3d projector some of the best 3d movies are cartoons with one of the better ones I've seen being How to train your Dragon. For more adult based filsm Gravity is a good 3d film, but jesus, prepare to lose brain cells, hearing, and any opinion of Sandra Bullock as an actor. Another good 3d film is obviously Avatar.

Ah, I never noticed. haha. I change the quick format things to my own taste all of the time. Hmm, I think you're stuck manually editing the profile to match. I don't think there's a way to export / import the quick format settings.

Do you have a direct link to the video still? If you do you may be able to use a YouTube video downloaded like the video below to re-download it. Now I have NOT tried this although I have downloaded a "deleted" video in the past. I noticed that I could re-download it for about 24hrs although after that I could not.

Not unless you have a very low quality cord/hub it will have no negative effect.

Edit: make sure if your webcam is USB 3.0(I have never seen one like this though) that your cord/hub is also 3.0.

i'd honestly say theres no "most important" part, but rather the most important bit is "balance".

you can have the mother of all GPUs, its gonna be useless without a cpu that can push it in the games you play.
you can have a mosterous rig, if you only put in two gigs of ram its barely gonna load up windows properly.
-this is a fun one- you can have an overclocked cpu, SLI graphics, custom watercooling, but its still gonna load a day and a half if you have a sluggish had drive.
