    What does it say on the box? All RAM will default to 1333 when it's first installed into a new PC.
     
    You should see something like this in your BIOS (this is a different mobo, but it should be fairly similar)

     
    If the memory has an XMP profile, all you'll need to do is click on where the BIOS says "extreme memory profile", and select Profile 1 (or whatever it says). That will take care of everything automatically when you save and exit the BIOS..

    you can also go to control pannel then energy management  and set it to high preformance  then its almost  4.4ghz all the time  i got same processor as you only z97 platform

    It only goes to the turbo boost frequency when it actually needs to. If it does not then it will not go to said turbo frequency otherwise it is just wasting power.

    Turbo boost boosts the cpu frequency when it is under a load. Not at idle. It's there to have the power when you need it, conserve energy when you don't.

    I would go with the V650. I don't know much about the CS650M, but the Cooler Master has all Japanese capacitors, thus leading to longer lifespan and more reliability. Plus, in your area, it's cheaper.

    it's a few bucks, you can save up more, but if you can't really spend a bit more then get the gtx 770

    If you dont want to overclock just get any old h97 board and you should be fine, here are some example

    MSI Z97-G45 SLI is a very good choice. I would get R9 290 over GTX 770 though.

    Any good quality z97 board. Asus, Gigabyte, MSI are all excellent brands.
