Micro ATX Z97 motherboards

Hey folks! I'm new to this forum, so hopefully we can get along

 

So, I'm building a new micro atx PC with the core i5 4690K (devils Canyon). I don't really know much about the new Z97 motherboards so i was hoping to get some advice from you guys! My budget is about $180 ($200 at absolute most). I'm looking for a motherboard that is good for overclocking, also i'd like it to look good (preferably blue/black) but i don't really mind. I was originally looking at the ASUS z87 Gryphon since it is alot cheaper than the z97 Gryphon, but again im not sure.

 

My Specs at this point:

Cpu - Intel core i5 4690K

Cooling System - ZALMAN resertor 3 MAX

Motherboard - ?????

Memory - 2x4GBs Corsair Vengance

Gpu - ASUS GTX 770

Storage - Samsung 840 EVO 128Gb SSD and WD BLACK 1TB HDD

Psu - 650W????

Pretty much only MSI z97m G43 or Asrock Z97m Pro4

Get the gryphon and buy the armor kit it will look awesome
