Need Help with motherboards!

Hello guys! I need help selecting a new matx motherboard! My Cpu is the New devil's canyon core i5 4690K, i am looking to overclocking it so i need a suitable motherboard. I am currently thinking of getting the Msi z97m-g43 or the asrock z97m pro4. My budget is about $100-$130.

 

My specs:

Cpu - 4690K
Cooler - H100i 
Motherboard - ?Msi Z97m-g43?
Memory - 2x4GBs Corsair Vengeance 
Gpu - Gigabyte Geforce GTX 770  
SSD - 120GBs Samsung 840 EVO SSD 
HDD - 1TB WD caviar black
Psu - 750W CoolerMaster V750 Semi-Modular

Did I quote you? No. Read my post. I was asking from user that had just created account and posted one post with H97 mobo. Which begs the question, which CPU.
