Wolfenstien HORRIBLE screen tearing

Hey all! SO I bought wolfenstein recently and I've noticed horrid screen tearing. Even at low, 60fps, and v-sync on. Anyone else have issues like this with the game? Maybe it could be my r9 380 2gb causing the issue? I mean my FPS isn't an issue, just the horrid screen tearing. Q_Q

that is surprising considering vsync is on I neve had these issues with the game.

 

try updating drivers ?

I am the most up-to-date drivers. I think my card is damaged. I've been having issues with it lately. Gotta do some trouble shooting.
