Cheaper and way better than yours.  You're going to want an Intel CPU for today's games.  I rearranged where your budget went.

i5-4690k@4.5GHz || MSI GTX 970 || MSI z97 Gaming 5 || NZXT Kraken x61 || WD Black 1TB || Crucial MX100 || 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro || Corsair RM750 || NZXT H440 || Corsair k70 RGB mx browns || Acer H236HL || ViewSonic VX2255wm-4

Get a core i5 4460 and H81M if you haven't bought the parts yet, the fx-6350 belongs to a outdated platform that is beaten by the i5 and i3 in games. And the 950 isn't that good in terms a value (at least the one you picked) get a 4GB R9 380.

Regardless a decent 500W-600W will be enough just look in this list: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/406160-psu-ranking-and-tiers/

I have a Phantom 630 and it's a great case, but only if you can afford to spend $100+ on a case. It should be noted that much of the case is actually plastic, so if you aren't a fan of plastic cases, then definitely go a different route (I don't really care either way, so it didn't bother me).

They're definitely not for people on a budget.
