Canadian RMA Experiences with, MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, Corsair, etc. (Even intel or amd for cpus)

KB_TheDireWolf

Just post then down there.

I haven't had to deal with a RMA yet, just wanted to know the best RMA for us Canadians. From poking about the internet its seems to be MSI, but thats my take on it. My opinion might just change in a little bit lol.

It seems like all over MSI is typically pretty good.

I've seen more posts on this forum of people who RMA a 280X and end up getting a 390 shipped back to them, for example. Not that exact case every time, but I'm sure you get the idea.

I'm not canadian but I know that MSI has the best customer support.  I think ASUS and Corsair are also high up there.

idk, Asus's BIOS team couldn't even come in on the weekend to make a custom one for Linus that one time, remember? :P

I've never had to deal with MSI so I can't comment on them but I've have pretty good support from Corsair. ASUS has been pretty good too. Although I've only RMA'd 3 items so I don't have a lot of experiences to compare.

My posts are in a constant state of editing :)

Had to RMA an MSI board for what (at the time I thought was a broken board) but was actually chipset incompatibility (back when I knew nothing about PCs). Took ~ 2 weeks.

Overall experience was great.

Had to RMA a CM Storm case. Again, for stupid 13 year old me not knowing how to work something, do it wrong, assume it's broken.

Was great as well.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
