Mobile Computer Desktop Desk Help

My grandmother lives in a nursing home and uses a wheelchair. She has a room to herself. I am looking for a mobile computer desktop so she can move it up to her. It needs to have desk space for writing and putting things on, a adjustable monitor arm that can be move closer to her and a keyboard tray. The desktop case is micro atx. We might get her a touch screen because she is good with them. Also what is the best way to have the power cord so its not in the way and gets unplugged.

When it comes to mobile workstation desks and monitor arms, the sky's the limit when it comes to price, so what is your range?

 

I would personally find a nice cheap desk of the appropriate size, and preferably with wheels already attached so that you don't have to jury-rig that yourself.

As far as the power cord, Get a long enough (at least 12ft) extension cord, and bolt that to the underside of the desk (like linus does in one of his recent builds.)

Yes I will have power strip/surge surge protector mounted on it somehow. Also I would need something so she can roll over easy and not getting it unplugged from the wall.
