there is no diffrence between cables, only the standard, get DP 1.3 or DP 1.2a

They will all give you exactly the same image, although some cables might be more rugged and durable than others. The one you linked doesn't seem too overpriced for a 3m cable, so it's a decent choice.

its digital so there is only a cable thats working or not... they wont use other material than the standards mostly and if they go for "better" quality you may get some more cable length like 0,5m but thats all

There are no DP 1.3 cables, just as there are no 1.2 or 1.2a cables, they are all the same. It is the firmware and efficiency that changes to allow more bandwidth to be transferred across the cables. Literally any DisplayPort cable will do.

just get a cable that doesnt look like it'll snap in half after using it 3 times.

 

my €15 HDMI cable has proven better durability than the €70 "high bandwidth gold contacts" cable my dad got tricked into buying.

 

(yes, €15 is expensive, but it was a 2.5 meter cable - or 7ft for the imperial plebs)

Even 1.2 cables don't exist. That is the standard for DisplayPort, the cables are exactly the same across the board. Any cable that is labelled as 1.2 is just there for marketing.
