How to import headers in python

Obvious answer to this question is doing import header, obviously.

But, i'm new to python specifically and i want to import this https://pypi.python.org/pypi/PyAutoGUI , I dowloaded the zip but where do i put it, what do i extract, and how do i import it into a script?

Thanks

I can help with programming and hardware.
