Looking for a new psu that's 700W and fully modular for around $80. Any Suggestions?

What are your powering? Chances are you don't need 700W.

You can get a HALE82 V2 700W or a Photon 750, both of which are solid if uninspiring units.

There isn't any good 80+ gold under $80 rn. I'd wait for Black Friday and you could get a corsair ax760 for $79

Well let's discuss a couple things first: one, you should not be watercooling a 270X... second you should not be watercooling an AMD CPU as it's just a waste of money. 

 

Anyways, dual 270Xs would be fine on 650W so do with that info what you want but I would consider a hardware overhaul instead.

I have done a dual R9 270X 2GB CF, and it makes very little sense. However, they will run fine on a smaller unit.

Because for less money than the watercooling parts you can get a superior Intel CPU and get more performance. You watercool because you've got no more performance to squeeze out of your system.

For the extra price of water cooling you could get a better processor that outperforms it and air cool it.
