Could you swell chaps tell me if this is a bad, good, great, or extraordinary rig this is?

If you think CP is inconvenient, then you could make a pcpartmaker link for everybody else to clear up confusion?
I'm not too good with that stuff, again, thank you ^^

Also, I intend to use this only as a starter PC, do not tell me that I have to build it myself, this is not a permanent rig. I intend to build a PC after I become more experienced
