buddys nvidia SHIELD cant connect to pc

hello guys

Im trying to fix a problem for a friends shield, when he tries to connect to his PC

he just gets the error cannot connect to *blank*-pc

he have already opened all the ports and such.

any ideas?

Does he use a NVIDIA card? Is he on the latest updates. If he is then maybe downgrade.

What GPU does he have?
