Raidmax RX-1000AE 1000W - To Keep or not to Keep?

Khajiit Dealer

Given how I have a one year warranty on my entire PC, should I keep this in it during that period?

I know that Raidmax is a notoriously bad brand for PSUs, but I couldn't resist the cheapness of this PSU.

Every review I've found say it's a solid PSU despite the crap brand: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2011/02/23/raidmax_rx1000ae_1000w_power_supply_review/9#.VemenxFVhBd

I've posted a few times about this before, but I want to know what you think is smart to do.

If you have a warranty and that particular PSU seems ok I would stay until the warranty is invalid

Ya, I was definitely leaning towards this. Whether or not this things kills your PC seems to be bad luck (based on Consumer Reviews, roughly 1/8 died early/screwed something up)
