Graphics card identification

Hey guys, I have a pavilion g6 and whenever I try playing fifa 14 (which used to work fine on my pc) it has a very low performance. For some reason CPU-Z can't identify the model number, only the company and board type. What could be the problem?

its probably onboard...very much doubt its a dedicated card

 

give us the device manager HARDWARE ID

So a quick google search gave me an Intel HD Graphics 3000...

I'm sure it's dedicated because in device manager it shows Radeon 7400M.

use gpu-z not cpu-z

CPU-Z is more oriented for CPUs. If you want full system specs, use Speccy or PC Wizard instead. But you already know the model. Its AMD Radeon 7400M which would indicate it being mobile chip.

CPU-Z does give you the GPU, to why it doesn't show up I can't tell why. Does it look something like this or is it greyed out?
