Go to your profile. You will see a blue button near the top that says "Edit my profile". Click it, then click on "Signature" on the left side, and type what you want there. Just make sure to follow the rules ( http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/95599-linus-tech-tips-forum-code-of-conduct/ [section 5] ).

You mean signature? you add it in your profile :) (if you mean specs like I have for example)

Most people type something funny into their location.

 

Edit: You probably meant signature.
