Counterstrike Global Offensive is by far one of the best PC FPS games available on steam and yet it is also the worst. The game itself is of great quality but it is the community that absolutely ruins this great game. The only game mode worth playing in Global Offensive is 5V5 Competitive and yet it is a steamy pile of crap do to how Valves cool down system works. The system basically allows the community to control other players accounts threw the "kick" system. You should not give a community that has a maturity level equivalent to that of a 4 year old child the ability to do anything that might affect another players account "such as the cool down system" now the kick system does allow you to remove greifers and or trolls but what if the greifers or trolls are in a pre-made party? its things like this that break the kick system. Personally i believe the "kick system" should be completely removed from the game, besides there is a report system in the game, whats the point in having it if you can just kick some one out of the current game? However none of this would be an issue if Valve would simply revamp the cool down system for the 5v5 competitive que, i simply recommend greatly shortening the amount of time you mess up before geting banned again for instance after your accounts 1 week ban ends you have a one or two week period in which if you disconnect, get kicked by trolls, you receive another 1 week cool down which is where the "broken" part of the cool down system is. Just make a 3 strike policy after your ban is over your strikes reset to 0/3. thats all im asking Valve im tired of the current system enabling trolls to basically ban my account from competitive

CS:GO has gone to crap. Many people, myself included, just use it as a cashcow, idling for crates and skins to sell on the market.

 

I'd rather play BLR or, and I can't believe I'm saying this, Battlefield.

To people who like it's style of competitive FPS, yes. I can certainly understand why someone with the CS:GO mindset and play style doesn't care for Battlefield, though.
