Windows 10 Google chrome issues

I fixed it, it was stuck in windows 8 mode in compatibility thanks for the help

So i installed windows 10 and everything was fine but whenever i open chrome nothing happens on chrome, Its just a blank page and when i try to open facebook nothing happens i cant acess my settings in chrome either.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and i have check my firewall but i have no idea whats going on

Specs

windows 10 (home) 64 bit

i5 4460 3.2ghz

8gb ram

Amd radeon r9 270 2gb

1tb Toshiba hdd

Have you updated Chrome? Have you tried any other browsers?

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

Edge and internet explorer work fine, and i updated to windows 10 this morning havent been able to get into chrome since

Just a quick update, it will run when i do troubleshoot compatibility but if i exit and go back in its broken again
