What do you think of the OnePlus Two?

legend8887

I think I'm going to get the OnePlus One 16GB when it goes back in stock as I'm not a huge fan of the Two. What do you think of the Two?

Didn't they say they stopped producing the 16GB version?

If you want a good camera, fingerprint sensor, side button thingy get the two, if you want better battery life you should probably still get the one.

does it come with a micro sd slot?

It does not. Which is why most people will be getting the 64gb model.

If it only was waterproof it would be perfect.... I personally don't like the feel of the z3 compared to the Oneplus One. The camera on the OnePlus Two will most likely be better than the Z3. Battery life might be about the same.

Based on what I read the xperia z3 has the higher res camera and more features with it, though the oneplus two has dual flash :/

I personally love the feel of the z3. (I haven't actually used it or even held it before, but I have held a very similar model at best buy before and I liked it.)

Megapixels aren't everything. They both have good cameras, but I think the OnePlus Two will have the edge with laser focus and optical image stabilization.

I am not saying the Z3 feels bad, it just feels fragile. The Sandstone back on the Oneplus is the best feeling material I have ever felt on a phone.

I think it's awesome. Completely better than what I was expecting, especially the steel buttons. Should add a really premium feel.

The only thing that'll stop me from getting one is the Moto X, which seems to have it beat in most areas. Guess we'll find out about that tomorrow.

Oh damn... I wonder it it's gonna be able to compete for my next phone... it'd be going up against the xperia z3... xD

Why not one of the new Sony phones coming out in time for the Bond movie?
They're supposed to be excellent.

I don't think the battery life will be that bad, plus who knows the release version might be improved.

I think the Z3 will have better battery life. It's pretty beast.

Another Android phone..nothing much to say.
Specs are pretty much maxed out nowadays, you'll find the same in most phones.

Except...

Steel buttons

Slider for notifications

Laser autofocus

Swappable back covers

Dual SIM

USB C

Those are all rather hard to find on most phones.

Though I have a feeling that one's a China bound device.

There are other rumors it'll sport a 4500mah battery. Huge.

Hopefully it won't be china-bound, or anything of that sort...

Otherwise I'll probably end up with the z3...

I'd consider the 64GB variant but imo I think 32GB is something that would probably be plenty for me as most of my mobile use is Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Netflix, YouTube. I'd still rather play meaningful games rather than some time-killer (Music and/or Reading or Watching something on Youtube or browsing Tumblr can fill that and at least that's more dynamic than a lot of these mobile games.

@MagnesiumPC Motorola gave XT1064 owners 5.0.2 back in like February (I want to say, though can't remember)

Think of a different device from Motorola.
