Hi there, title says it all, can someone help me find the best silent mATX case out there? (Assuming price isn't a factor)

All Depends on the fans. I've got a CM N200 and its dead silent. Not a peep from it. My fans on the other hand....

Humor aside, I've got two cougar vortex 120s in the front, abd the air passing thru the front grill work is the only noise. Both are pwm, around 1200 rpm under load.

You could do a xigmatek Aquila with a nh d15 but put the fans on the front and run them at 400 rpm and use a fanless psu
