I need a good light for vids

I would like a light of some sort for making videos in my room the fan light is really bad so when i take vids it is all "fuzzy"/ noise. I would like it to be cheep.  I would like it to over my desk and shine down light.

So what do you think i should get.

Depending on the exact scale.. you could check out some desk lamps from ikea,

Something like this, get two and you can adjust the position. the reason to get two is to reduce harsh shadows. also make sure to get the same color temperature. Color temp of at least 5000k is a good idea. Any lamp or light bulb should mention the Kelvin value somewhere on the box. it is crucial to get the same color temp for all the lights you will have on in the room though otherwise you will have odd colors from the lighting that can't be fixed by calibrating white-balance.
