about to start a build

i recently got a surface pro 3 and it has been my main gaming computer.. ever since then ive been wanting to build an actual pc though. (arkham knight...)i made a list on pcpartpicker and heres what i got.. looking to run high or ultra in most gamesat 1080p.. ( i havent chosen a case or a monitor)

Get a 250GB ssd and upgrade your motherboard so its compatible with the 4690k

just because you need a bios update dosen't mean its incompatiable lol

I know. Im having the same problems with my PC. my memory does not run at the right speeds and i cant overclock.

the whole point of this build was to get a start.. this is not the final product.. i will probably get a z97 in case i ever do decide to overclock.. plus i was looking for a rough estimate.. the only thing i would look at upgrading is the video card.. that i would probably bump to a 970.. be mindful that im on a 1200$ budget
