Question in title. Might sell it to a friend to make up some money for a GPU upgrade. What would any of you guys be thinking?

120 USD/Euro or so.

$120 is a fair price. I usually sell stuff cheaper to my friends.

Which 3DS? Is it the new one or the old one? Also, is it XL or the regular version?

I'd say that around 130-150 USD is what would be reasonable to expect if the items are in good condition with the original packaging.
