Best unlocked smartphone for under $200

I have a G3 but I would like something different to play around with. It must have a Micro-SIM slot and must work with AT&T.

Edit: The Zenfone 2 is a great phone for under $200 but it looks too similar to my G3 and I wanted something different. I really like the BLU Vivo Air.

The lower-specced Zenfone 2 and the Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 are good picks.

 

Consider the 2015 Moto E LTE as well, or the 2014 Moto G.

 

Also, did you manage to get that $200 Galaxy S5?

Maybe you can check out some Chinese phones. They got some really nice unlocked phones for great prices.

Buy a locked phone get it unlocked....  for 220 you could have a brand new phone unlocked

If you are going to buy a Chinese smartphone, just make sure that it will work on your carrier. I'm not sure what country you live in, but here in the US, most Chinese smartphones won't work on any of our LTE networks. However, if you live in Europe, a lot of Chinese phones have the bands compatible to work on European LTE networks.

G2... I got mine for $149 unlocked at Best Buy. It might be similar but it is a really good deal.

As much as I love the Idol 3 I do have to point out that it's not under $200...
