Can't play Just Cause 2 Multiplayer mod

Hello guys, a friend of mine wanted to play Just Cause 2 with me. I didn't have JC2 installed so I installed it and also downloaded JC2 MP Mod.

But I get an error (see pic) and I don't know what to do. I'm skyping with him right now and I'd like it to be solved as fast as possible.

reinstall the mulitplayer mod and see if it fixes it

Did you launch the original game at least once before you tried to start the mod?

Yep I did that
