First PC build help

Hello everyone, thanks for stopping by. I would like your input on my build.

This is what I am going off of.

Cpu- don't plan on over clocking. 4590 vs 4460 will there be enough of a performance upgrade to spend the 15 ish dollars doesn't seem like much but this is a budget build.

Mobo- its a z board but is cheap.

Ram- it's ram

Gpu- amd vs nvidia. Both the 970 and 390 are about the same price and seem to perform the same. The amd card seems to have a better potential with 8gb.

(Kinda not part of this) triple monitor vs ultrawide what would be more immersive. I can get both for about the same price so debating on this ( this will be later don't recommend a better gpu or anything like that )

Sorry I am gaming hope to get max setting 1080p and higher settings with ultrawide or 1440p later and 45+ fps. I live in the US and budget around $800

So I'll assume that the budget is just for the tower itself?

Do you have any storage that you'll be reusing for this build?

And lastly, are there any particular features you'd want from a Z-series board over a cheaper board?

Yes the tower only, no I don't have any other storage drives, and I just found this certain board to be a good price.

Now there's a small chance you'd need to update the BIOS on the H81M-HD2 but as long as you get one that's not been on the shelf for ages you should be fine. Also I guess you could almost go down to an i3.

Would updating the bios have to be done before the cpu is installed and turned on? If so how would I do that
