Yes - People have already answered, but for future reference, you can google your motherboard's specs and compare from there. For example, gigabyte's website says the specs for your motherboard "supports 3 channel DDR3 2100+ memory", the important part being DDR3. If you are building a bog standard PC, nothing heavy loaded like a server with ECC memory, it's as simple as making sure your motherboard and RAM have the same slot types (DDR2 - DDR4 are the most common right now). Since your mobo and RAM are both specified to DDR3, and your motherboard is capable of handling the 1600MHz RAM speed, it should be compatiable
