Best games for an underpowered laptop?

So I bought my Dell Inspiron 7000 2 in 1 for college without the idea of gaming on it, so it only has a low-tdp dual core i5 and HD5500 graphics. It has been great for hearthstone because of the touchscreen, and has been able to play WOW on lower settings at ~45FPS. I also tried KSP, which is boarderline laggy but is still playable for a laptop.

 

Now, what other games could you recommend that would run decently on this but still be fun. I'm mainly looking for single player games since I have a long road trip coming up, but any suggestion would be great. Also, keep in mind I won't be using a mouse so FPS games are nearly impossible on a trackpad, and I have access to a Logitech gamepad.

Terraria and FTL, Battlefield Hardline and Crysis 3 work too. 

 

FTL actually would be plenty playable on a trackpad tbh, you can pause to make a strategy, so there's no pressure on aiming.
