Be Quiet Shadow Rock Slim for i7 4790K?

Hey :)

 

I just bought an Intel Core i7 4790K. I already have a good computer, I just want to upgrade it.

Now, I need to know if the Shadow Rock Slim from BeQuiet is enough to keep the 4790K cool...

I won't overclock the 4790K, just leave it on 4.0ghz normal and 4.4ghz boost clock.

It'll be fine. Its a decent amount better than the stock cooler, and even that works ok.
