I can spend up to 150 us dollars. I have amd motherboard.

What kind of PSW do you have? Location and use of the GPU are also needed for better responses.

I would go for a GTX 750 Ti

if you do mail in rebates the r9 280 beats the 750ti, so does a r9 270 and the r9 270x would be your best bet if you don't do mail in rebates.
