Choosing a motherboard

What MOBO you would reccomend to me if I want to put a i5-4460 ? plus I need that it would support 5.1 surround sound and be around 75 to a 100 dollars.

Why a Z board if he has a locked CPU?

Because it's upgradable. You can get an unlocked processor in the future and overclock it. I think it's worth spending a bit more and be set for a few years time. :)
