In my opinion, no. I have a 6100 and that motherboard and it wasn't that great.

Much rather go with a Pentium G3258 and the cheapest supported board you could find.

Also, you could just about go for 4GB RAM to start, so you can spend more on a graphics card.

Sig under construction.

simple answer no

what games exactly you are playing?

Case with in built PSU are time bombs

and the FX4 core is pretty much worse than the Pentium dual core

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Honestly.. Do you have $350 saved up now? If so. Try and wait and save up another $250, better GPU, windows 8 ect..

I'd go with something like this:

Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Cougar Spike MicroATX Mini Tower Case  ($29.99 @ Mwave)
Total: $233.60

Then go on eBay and see the best deal I could get on a GPU for $120 or so.

I'm planning on playing some new titles like GTA 5, but I'm also planning in playing somewhat new games like far cry 4 and Assassin's Creed Unity.

So planning on switching to a dual core is an idea but I know ubisoft has a lock on dual cores for far cry 4.

go for the i3 core as the minimum CPU to use

but you def need to save more for your PC

350 wont get you much

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vdyVP6 I understand this is doubling your budget. But $350 won't get you much, dang I'm gonna be paying almost twice that for a GPU. I'd go for this at the very least. Also pick whatever case you want. Doesn't really matter to much.
