Ok, I ave a x79 sabertooth motherboard, its very not bratiful. I want to maybe paint it or ad like a shield. Do you have any idea?

I don't believe it has thermal Armour for the X79 version.

For painting the board or slots it's a big risk but it can be done like Linus did in a video, I would recommend making a shield or cover for the entire board and have cutouts around the slots. To keep proper clearance using some motherboard standoffs to sandwich the motherboard with the shield over top will work well.

I highly doubt the shield will fit since it has a different slot layout compared to x79:
