s340 & GPU mod he

Drackeo

Hey im looking to adjust the color of my GPU and parts of my case to better match my color scheme, Blue and black.

As the title says mt case is the NZXT s340. Specifically the black one. Im wanting to find someway to change the color of the top to blue and cover up that fan vent. It just ruins the aesthetic of the case for me, I was thinking a blue vinyl decal or something like that. I just dont know what brands are good and what will be able to handle higher temperatures just in case.

Also on the case there's the bar inside of it that  acts as the cover for cables. Its a glossy black color. I want to repaint that a glossy dark blue color. I dont know what kind of spray paint to use that will able to get hot without any ware  and tear on it. Also the same goes for the PCIe covers

Lastly idk if there much i can do with my GPU, a HIS r9 280x but the cooler shroud is an ugly beige color. I want to make that, you guessed it dark blue lol. My issue is that i love the metal looking honeycomb decal thing (idk what it is) It doesn't look like i can remove it and i want it to stay silver any ideas>?

I have pictures attaches of the GPU, top of the case showing the fan vent, and lasttly the bar inside the case tho on the pic its white.

If you're going for black and blue just paint or plasti-dip the shroud of the cooler black, as it already has a blue PCB.

Yah but i wana keep that hineyvomb pattern thing on it. Plus what kind do i use? I know it has to be heat resistant and that thing can get hot lol

just Google plasti-dip, it is literally like spray paint and can handle the heat, its been used on car exhausts. Just remember to remove the gpu shroud before painting and google how to apply plasti-dip properly

Don't worry about temps PC temps are too low to cause any issues with paint or decals. For vinyl however it will be a bit time consuming if you want to cover the top of the S340 since you will need to cutouts for all of that honeycomb mesh and I/O ports.

Im going to be covering thatr top fam exaust. I dont have a fan in it anyways and for me its just ruining the rest of thw look of the case for me. But yah UPDATE. I bought my self some plasti dip and whent ahead and painted the SSD brackets the GPU and theat cable managment bar a very nice dark blue. Looking very neat and trim so far :) Still looking for a halfway decent vynal decal for the top of the case tho.
