Youtube not working in Firefox (HTML5 player)

xXCallumXx

A few days ago Youtube automatically switched to the HTML5 player in Firefox (37.0.2) and the option to revert to the Flash player is no longer available (unless a add-on is installed). The problem is that vidoes do not load when using the HTML5 player. It sticks on the black loading screen and eventually gives up. I clicked on the "About HTML5 player" and found that MSE & WebM VP9 is not working. I tried altering some of the "media.mediasource" options in Firefox's options but no solution even when "media.mediasource.webm.enable" was set to true. I'd prefer to use the HTML5 player as it allows 60FPS vidoes and I prefer Firefox to Chrome. Any help or solutiuons is greatly appriciated.
