Build for my b-day

So hello LTT!

My b-day is right around the corner, and I told my parents if I can get a PC, well they said yes, and this is what i Have in mind

1. Budget & Location
My budget is not set, just not over $900, I will be buying all the crap from Newegg USA

2. Aim
My aim is to play my whole Steam library at good framerates and around medium to high settings, my laptop at the moment (Lenovo Flex 14, i5 4200U, GT 720M, 4GB RAM) can only handle CSGO and Civ 5.

3. Monitors
I have a spare 1080p monitor that is still in good shape

4. Peripherals
I found a keyboard lying around my house, and i have a mouse already, so no need. I need the OS, and it is included in the parts list
